Significant success shipping to the EU
The combination of post-Brexit regulations and the ongoing global pandemic have created well documented issues for UK-EU shipping, however we have worked diligently to ensure successful delivery to the EU.
We have worked extremely hard to provide complete country of origin documentation, full itemisation of all products, and correct EORI numbers for all end users.
This has benefited our clients by ensuring their consignments have continued to be delivered to schedule in the vast majority of cases. Delivering on the promises of our clients is a huge part of what we do.
Providing UK, EU and EMEA print and distribution services for North American print partners
We have built an enviable reputation for ‘on time and in full’ delivery of print on demand, short run batch production and pick and pack services for North American partners. We typically ship to the UK, EU and EMEA, consistently meeting demanding client deadlines, whose reputations require absolute reliability.
We are manufacturing individual products and kitting multiple products manufactured on demand on a daily basis. Our in-house software developers integrate and align our systems with the requirements of our partners and also with international carriers.
The key benefits include the reduction in transit time and cost from North America, the elimination of delays and complications caused by goods coming through customs and resolution of taxation issues relating to the country of origin if shipped in from the USA or Canada.
The result is faster and more efficient delivery, enhancing the service and improving the reputation of our partners with their clients.
Some of our clients were receiving negative feedback from their subscribers relating to multiple consignments arriving at different times. Split consignments were resulting in a poor customer experience, expensive shipping costs, and a higher environmental impact.
Through discussion, our in-house software developers have streamlined customer mailing lists and automated new systems to aggregate multiple orders into single consignments without the need for our clients to make changes in their own systems.
Collectively these innovations have saved money by reducing the number of consignments, making better use of weight bands, improving efficiency and reducing the environmental impact. These changes have considerably improved the customer experience.
