Compostable film

We are increasing our use of compostable film for product mailing.

Eco-friendly mailing

Since our last update we have seen an increase in enquires and uptake of compostable film to replace both conventional and biodegradable film wrap. This film is suitable for domestic disposal within a compost bin.

We are actively promoting compostable film to our customers, and intend to fully transition to compostable film in line with our company-wide objective to reduce our environmental impact.

We have selected to use compostable film which is amongst the clearest available and also meets the criteria for Post Office automation.

We can help you highlight this message to your customers alongside FSC accreditations by including information on carrier sheets, thereby providing visibility of your environmental practice.
