Hobbs the Printers are thrilled to be one of just a handful of certified Carbon Balanced Printers. We are proud to support the fantastic work the World Land Trust (WLT) are doing to protect threatened habitats and wildlife, and we know our clients will share these values also.
Hobbs’ carbon footprint has been calculated and verified by CarbonCo who administer the scheme on behalf of the WLT. With the funds given by Hobbs to the World Land Trust, 30 acres of threatened habitat will be restored and protected.

The World Land Trust Carbon Balanced Print logo can be proudly featured on your print to demonstrate and communicate your commitment to reduce your carbon impact.
You will also receive a certificate to highlight the amount of CO2 balanced and the area of land protected as a result of your positive action.
As a Carbon Balanced Printer, we can also provide periodical certificates showcasing the total CO2 you have balanced over a period of time. These certificates make a powerful addition to your CSR reporting and customer communications.

The World Land Trust
The WLT, for which Sir David Attenborough is a patron, implements a Carbon Balanced Programme which allows organisations to offset their unavoidable emissions through the protection and restoration of tropical habitats.

Hobbs’ clients can also be part of this scheme through paying a small levy on the cost of their paper that will go to the World Land Trust.
This will enable clients to include the Carbon Balanced Printer logo on their books which would give reassurance to their customers how the book they are reading has no Carbon Footprint.
