Colin joined Hobbs when 17 years-old as an apprentice and trained in every department before settling in Pre-Press where he became a Supervisor of the Page Make-Up Department.
Colin was also involved in Production Scheduling before becoming our first Account Manager in 1997 and subsequently our Customer Services Manager.
Our HR Manager has recently completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) giving her Associate CIPD membership. This qualification validates the HR operational skills and experience accumulated over the past 8 years of her career, she is now working towards the CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HRM.
Ailsa is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and has completed the Dale Carnegie Effective Communications and Human Relations certificate since joining Hobbs in 2018. Her previous experience was as a HR & Recruitment Manager in the health care industry at Southampton General Hospital and has experience in digital media, marketing and retail e-commerce.
