New clients are introduced by Colin Richardson, our Customer Services Manager. Whether you are placing one-off projects or regular contractual work, regardless of whether your requirements are complicated or simple, we need to make sure that our internal colleagues are meeting your expectations.

Having served his apprenticeship at Hobbs, and with a career path that includes managing production departments, nobody is better placed to ensure your first impression of Hobbs is a positive one.

Colin is supported by an experienced team of Account Managers who manage the production of a wide range of publications. Our extensive and ongoing approach to personal development ensures they are listening and learning about customer requirements and their future requirements in order that they can influence the ongoing development of Hobbs to meet those needs.
