Litho printing is provided by a range of six presses. Four are two colour perfectors providing excellent quality for single and two colour text printing. These are complimented by two five colour presses meeting both text and cover printing requirements.
Working to ISO 9002 procedures we are able to deliver consistent printed results and our ability to print over 12 million A4 pages every working day ensures that clients' schedules are met, if not exceeded on a regular basis.
Digital Printing
As an early adopter of digital printing technology we are well versed in the benefits this technology can bring to the printing process and the publications our clients produce.
We are equipped with two HP Indigo 5500 colour printing devices that provide superb colour reproduction. The HP Indigo is the favoured digital colour printing technology of a number of our clients who have done in-depth evaluation of the available technologies. Our feelings are the same. Using a liquid based ink/toner ensures the Indigo allows for greater consistency of printing from the first image to the last. Equally important in the world of short run on demand production is the consistency from printing to printing. Our excellent workflows and production techniques ensure we deliver to our clients the best possible results.
We are also delighted to be equipped with three Océ sheet fed digital printing devices and a 1300 Duplex Xerox digital web for mono printing.
Our mono presses are configured to handle paper weights as low as 50gsm. Indeed, the web device prints consistently on 40gsm stock, essential when dealing with large multi-page publications that may be mailed.

Using a combination of modern digital printing technologies and XMPie, the advanced personalisation software, we are able to assist clients in the adoption of this powerful communication format.
